I’m a Certified Professional Biller through the AAPC. I’m careful and thorough, and my goal is to help you sort through your billing with empathy and care.

I have extensive experience navigating the US healthcare system, especially insurance, both as a professional and a patient. I know that you sometimes have to be persistent to get what you need. My motto is, “Be kind to people and ruthless to systems” (Michael Brooks). I’m here to do that on your behalf!

Prior to becoming a biller, I worked as a hospice chaplain and a medical assistant. Outside of work, I like to do fiber arts such as crochet, sewing, and embroidery. My sweet and sassy rescue pup, Sally Ride, is always close by!
