I have extensive experience navigating the US healthcare system, especially insurance, both as a professional and a patient. I know that you sometimes have to be persistent to get what you need. As Michael Brooks put it, “Be kind to people and ruthless to systems.” I’m here to do that on your behalf!

Prior to becoming a biller, I worked as a hospice chaplain and as a medical assistant. Outside of work, I like to do fiber arts such as crochet, sewing, and embroidery. My sweet chihuahua/poodle rescue pup is never far from my side.
